    Hi Jo, to add onto the great comments from Nicolas, I know from experience the 90mm is going to get you some really nice sharp shots, however you might find it easier to start of with a slightly wider macro lens like the 60mm or 30mm .You’ll find it hard not to fill the frame with the 90mm and with motion blur you want to try and leave a bit of room around your snooted subject to get that nice blurred background. If you have any of the other macro lenses, I’d recommend giving them a go on you next dive when trying this technique as you might find it easier, especially with moving subjects.
