I do enjoy the texture you’ve got in the background and eye contact by this seahorse.

I’d agree with Bill, a more specific lighting to ‘freeze’ only the subject and not the reef around it would help have made it more of a crowd pleaser.

Also, it feels like you’ve pushed clarity a little hard, which tends to cut down colours – boost in saturation could offset that, and I’d personally would crop this image from the top right, which I feel would give a more balanced composition.
