Hi Chris, I have done the Rodney Fox cage diving many times.
I have heard there has not been many sightings this year so best to talk to them before booking. There are usually a maximum of 4 divers per cage and you do get bounced around a lot despite wearing a weighted vest. I would suggest the smaller fish eye with 4 inch dome and one light to be safer. You can still get shots of the fish on mass in and outside the cage and under the boat. The seals are fun as well.
