Sounds like a great setup for our Fiji trip 🙂

I don’t have your exact configuration, but here’s what I’ve noted:

PT-059 housing on Backscatter’s wide tray, 2x AOI Q1 RC strobes (i am guessing not too far off buoyancy from your ATOMs), 4 basic aluminium ULCS arms (4 and i think 8 inches), with a total of 6 jumbo and 4 big Stix, plus the AOI UWL-400A attached directly (no Quick Disconnect): the whole setup sinks slowly and strobes don’t “fall” – good setup. I am choosing not to make it fully neutral, because I may remove the wide angle lens during the dive, and i don’t want the rig to become too buoyant.

Indeed, with the QD system you can’t do splits.
