I love how the shallow DOF makes that emoji-like face pop!
With that vision in mind, I’d suggest you try and play with your aperture to get just a tad more DOF, so we get not only the eye, but also more of the mouth in focus.
Back to this particular shot, I wouldn’t mind getting rid of the very few backscatter spots we see here, plus apply some local sharpening (texture in Lightroom) to pop even more !
