I have to thank a very luckily-timed current blowing some silt/sand our way as I was trying to get a photo of this little guy, and while desperately trying to keep track of him in my viewfinder as the cloud floated by, I somehow managed to acquire enough focus to just see his little eyes staring up through the silt as if to say ‘why me…?’ and thought it could work – and it sort of does!
His expression very much reminds me of this emoji 🥺 and echoes the sometimes lost and wide-eyed feeling I’ve been having from time to time as I work with a new camera and lens (om1.ii, 90mm macro), so I hope it gives you a little smile as my submission for this month’s challenge ðŸ¤
