Hi Maryline, lovely background effect, nicely done. I am still not sure if I will use these sorts of background effects all that often. I think it depends upon the subject, and, of course, your intent. For me, the background effects would need to complement and support your main actor and not draw attention away, and of course, add to the viewer’s visual and emotional journey/reaction to your image. I will post some that I have been playing with in a short while. Good to push the boundaries and explore other options.
