Hi Ariane, CD inspired by Ipah’s class and have 2 glued to chopsticks, they look like giant lollipops 😊 I had a practice in my darkened garage and had very intermittent mixed results. I did find that having a really wide aperture, F2.8/F4 and having them a fair way back from the main character worked better. I did vary the torch angles and varied the CD angles to get a softer, more muted result. I think I will need to do a lot of practice 😊 . I like the way you practised on land, an excellent learning approach to maximise success underwater. I, too, need to perfect this technique on land before taking it underwater. I did see at our local craft store some “holographic vinyl” for printing that may produce similar results, yet to explore this. I am not a huge fan of introducing backgrounds and will only have limited use for them, but, enjoying Elena’s creative challenges – pushing my boundaries and creative approaches. I am yet to post, still playing around with ideas. Ian
