Scary story, so glad that you could save the camera and lens. I love the gadget and plaster nudi. I think sequined material has worked well in both images to add some depth and interest to the background. For my tastes, the backgrounds are a subtle addition that doesn’t demand attention and take away from your main character. I think the pink/marron colour palette works better in the nudibranch image as it helps create a cohesive colour-based mood to your image.
