Thanks, Nicloas, it was an interesting and positive learning experience. In image 1, I actually placed a white dome diffuser on the end of the restricter. That resulted in a soft “glow” hot spot on the egg, rather than a burnt-out white spot. I really liked that effect. Something for me to remember for sure.
