Love playing with bokehs too!
I am a big fan of #1, for the balanced composition and lovely bokeh palette, and sharpness where it matters. I would prefer it with a little bit more colour processing though, as this fish looks too green as is. Green complements pinks yes, but it feels unnatural here, perhaps because I am familiar with that species (curious to see if it bothers other members at all).
#2 is quite good for the same reasons, plus the fish did receive flash light, but the soft eye and the fact that it’s looking away take a bit from the photo in my view.
#3 and #4 I don’t like too much, because of the composition and the fish aren’t engaged with the frame/photographer.
