That highly curved effect is normal with fisheye. Looks weird on familiar/terrestrial subjects that have straight lined but underwater you won’t have straight lines to worry about.
The extension/dome won’t do anything to distorsion, but you need the right extension to remove vignetting and maximise image quality.
