That’s an interesting idea, I wasn’t aware DiveVolk had come up with an underwater wifi transmitter, specifically meant for this usage.

I haven’t tried this setup, but when using remote WIFI control of my Canon R5II on my smartphone (on land) I already see connectivity issues (signal drop / image freezing).

@Neat I believe is shooting Nikon and seems she’s experienced the same issue.

Perhaps it works better with other camera brands? If you’re willing to take one for the team, please share your findings here 🙂
