I was taking advantage of a holiday in the US today perusing Facebook Marketplace for an Eizo or BenQ monitor. I found a 2014 Eizo CX271 monitor for $100! It all checks out and plays nicely with my MacBook. It is amazingly heavy for a 27″ monitor–28 lbs? The specs seem decent–99% aRGB, 2560×1440 resolution, 70 Hz, 300 nit brightness. I ordered a SpiderX that should arrive tomorrow so will check its calibration.

Maybe I will go for the ASUS 32″ instead of the Dell 52 and save some money for camera and dive gear?
