My wife and I are very happily midway through our stay at Atmosphere. It was a long but uneventful trip from the Midwest U.S. to San Francisco to Singapore to Manila to Dumaguete City. Thankfully, no surprises on Cebu Pacific. I do want to pass on a useful tip that may help some Underwater Club members. Upon arrival in Manila we faced what seemed like an endless slow-moving line to clear immigration despite having our eTravel document complete and ready. We anticipated an hour or likely longer wait. An immigration officer approached us after about 20 minutes, usually not a good sign. He asked if we were over 60. When we answered affirmatively, he asked us to leave the line and escorted us to another desk on the far side of the hall with a sign “Seniors.” There were no other passengers queued and we cleared immigration in about 2 minutes. If you qualify, look for the “Seniors” sign to the right of the lines for Philippine passport holders.
