Hi Elodie, I am not the person to tell you how to do better. I do find this to be a very interesting shot. Unfortunately, the crab is in the shadows, but I like the framing. I can see that the tentacles are overshadowing the Crab, very difficult to lighten that up, with a single strobe, as Nicholas says a Snoot would direct light where you want it most, and use the other strobe to do the rest of the work. Another master class again and lots of practice and patience. It also looks like the sharpest bit of the image is centre and not on the Crab, perhaps look at your Aperture settings to see what it was. In saying that the black background is working really well. Looking forward to seeing more of your shots.
