Hi Richard, I am assuming that you are referring to the e-travel form, you can download an app which makes life a bit easier. The app is called eGov.ph. Register using your email (not phone number) as they always send you a verification code which is easier to pick up on email. I have checked my app and looks like as part of the registration process you just use your phone to take a ‘selfie’ so nothing official. Then within 72 hours of travel you can make a travel declaration, they just ask for passport details, flight details etc. and once completed it generates a QR code. You can include someone traveling with you by including their passport details. You do need to make sure that you can show either a return flight or onward ticket within 30 days of entry.
