Jo, You may know the answer. I see that an evisa is required to enter the Philippines. The website lists the information that is required – but doesn’t mention a picture. Do you know if a picture is required? There is a limited time window of 72 hours prior to arrival to fill out the form and we may need to do it in-transit. I want to make certain I have everything I need. Thanks!!
