A wider strobe would be more desirable/versatile for CFWA – doesn’t have to be powerful.
That said, the Mini Flashes have the advantages of being very thin and easy to position all around your dome port, so you should give them a go for subjects that aren’t too big. Do put the diffusers on, so the light is less harsh.
