Since you already own the Nikonos 13mm I’d second @chrismiles ’s recommendation for doing Isaac’s upgrade.
Since you’re fond of CFWA (my favourite type of photography too), I’d consider getting yourself a Nauticam EMWL at some stage (my review here), which I think really is the best optic for that type of photography, though not as versatile as your Nikonos 13mm for general wide-angle photography.
As to the housing brand, I am a big fan of Nauticam for their ergonomics and durability, and compatibility with their range of wet lenses. I don’t have first-hand experience with Aquatica / Marelux, the former being a long-timer in this industry, whilst the latter are a relatively new addition.
Looks like you’re already set on a Sony camera, but if you’ve got any specific question on the Nikon Z9/Z8/Sony A1/Canon R5II, these are the cameras I’ve shot mostly with in the recent past, happy to help!
