That looks like a good starting point, to my eyes!
The lighting is dominated by the strobe, so in such as a case I think the changes you make to the image will be done to your personal taste or artistic vision for the photo or your desire to be true to life.
Can I ask please – is this the raw image straight from the camera? What ‘Creative Look’ (the Sony term) or ‘Picture Control’ (the Nikon term) has been applied in camera? What Profile is set in Lightroom?
It’s also worth considering that the image I am viewing and commenting on is seen through my computer’s monitor and will be influenced by how I have calibrated my monitor.
