Regarding colour and correcting white balance, one thing that works for me is that when I am shooting with strobes I don’t use auto white balance but I set my camera’s custom white balance to match the colour temperature of my strobes, I find I have to do much less correcting of the raw image.
I’ve used both Nikon and Sony cameras underwater and I think that Nikon’s white balancing is better.
