I also went to Beqa Lagoon (October 2024) but with another operator (Aqua-Trek), who took us on half-day trips from the mainland (Pacific Harbour). Your operator, being located on Beqa island itself, sounds like a better choice, as you can have afternoon dives (from the mainland, winds often meant no arvo dive).
With Aqua-Trek, the shark dives were at a site called “The Bistro”, which I know they share with some other operators, and the description looks similar to yours. Were there 2 wrecks near the feeding site (as in, you swim past them)? Aqua-Trek didn’t do hand-feeding though, which I wish we would have seen too.

The Seven Sisters site rings a bell, isn’t it the site with lots of big red coral fand, and a school of friendly (read: bread-fed) snappers?
Back to the afternoon dives, is the visibility usually that low from the shore? Was there much recent rain?
Would be good to see a few of your reef photos too, and those barracudas too 🙂
