This is a lovely shot already! I like how the sponges nicely stand out (colour wise) from the blue circular blur -> meaning you’ve handled the artificial vs ambient light ration quite well.
I am just finding the top of the right sponge a little too dark – looks like your left strobe didn’t reach it somehow. Something to be watching for, next time you practice with this technique.
Also, I wish we had the full circle (blurred motion), and to achieve that it’s either a case of chosing a suitable subject (you want something that stands out / away from the reef), or fine-tuning your inward lighting to cut very close to the dome port.
