I have attached photos of my rig. The weight we precariously attached the the dome was ~ 130 gms so I could try adding a 100 gm weight as you suggested. So you said it is ok the screw through the dome guard? I looked at the smallrig weights and assumed we screw this direct to the dome guard and not use the counterweight mounting plate.

I have sent through a pic of another set of float arms I have but they make the rig too buoyant
