As this years category winner I have been appreciative of CUPOTYs organizers, they do media very well.
They do that shortlist announcement in the fall which comes with a round of articles from various worldwide BBC outlets, Forbes, Ranger Rick, Smithsonian, various conde nast titles and more. Following that there is ANOTHER round of finalists which then gets the same media coverage in December, finishing with the winners getting announced in January with A THIRD round of media coverage from the very nice outlets.
On top of that CUPOTY is not shy about awarding previously award images, if you have a suite of winners, its worth taking them for another spin.
