    Great that you found a way to shoot your fisheye without vignetting and getting faster focusing!

    Your concerns for the dome/housing safety are valid though, and a DIY solution might be the way forward.

    I feel Ikelite should be manufacturing a small dome (100mm or 140mm) for their full frame fisheye users, that would suit Canon & Nikon 8-15mm users, and ideally also all Canon/Nikon APS-C users of the popular Tokina 10-17mm – @MattD can you remind me which dome port you use with that fisheye?

    Zen Underwater have top quality crystal dome ports for these fisheye lenses, the most affordable one being the 100mm dome (also great for CFWA), which retails for about USD 1000.

    Unfortunately, they don’t have a version compatible with Ikelite housings at the moment, but I am hearing this is something they could do, if there was sufficient demand.
