Thanks for the great comments on this photo. I adjusted the WB as you suggested to bring out more of the green in the algae. This is particularly challenging for me as I have trouble distinguishing shades of red and green. I have spoken with other photographers with similar color vision and there is no quick solution. I calibrate the color on my monitors and find it very helpful when someone assists me with fine tuning. I can see the difference when someone points it out for me but often won’t see it on my own.
