I too love this shot!
This lovely shrimp looks nice and sharp, and I really like how the sponge where it lives create a frame within a frame, which happens to be darker on the outside, an effect of your snoot I assume, anyways that helps draw the eye onto the subject.
Agree with Bill and Rich, this image looks too dark on my screen too.
And one detail: there’s a bit of orange sponge (or algae?) floating above the shrimp over a black background. I would remove this distraction in post-processing, if it was my photo.
