I guess how you spend this sum depends on the skills you want to acquire, and whether there are any constraints on the format of the workshop.
For example, say you want to learn blackwater photography, then you might put this towards a trip at Crystal Blue Resort, where owner Mike Bartick teaches this on a regular basis. He’s in the Philippines, there may be options closer to home though
Or perhaps you can use that amount to help fund a trip to a place you really want to visit, where there might be a week/trip organised with some tuition on offer.
Otherwise, one of our member has been able to use a similar grant towards his TUC membership fees, and another one used it for some one-to-one mentoring with me. Totally up to you, but if you want to choose that route simply send me a personal message.
