End-December we knew who the finalists were (top 5 or top 10, depending on the category), and we now can see the podium placements in each:

@Neat for a second place in the wide-angle category. This fur seal action shot has a lot of story, behaviour and depth to it, no wonder it keeps scoring in various contests!
@travellermike for a second place in the environmental category, with a set of 3 images showing marine life interacting with human trash found underwater. I particularly like the seahorse standing on a shoe.
Very well done both, WorldShootout is a big contest!!
