Interestingly, this species is called “dwarf” but adults still reach 8 meters / 25ft in length. They’ve got a large yet cute pointy nose, are bright in skin and the place where we’re going (northern part of the Great Barrier Reef) is the only known location where they congregate and can be reliably seen every year (June/July).

Matt tells me the trip will soon be advertised to the public, but as TUC Members you’re able to grab a spot early 🙂
