I quite like the photo and the claustrophobic feel of that diver being nearly “squeezed” in between the walls. Having the crack on a diagonal also works nicely (it wouldn’t look as dynamic if the crack was vertical). Finally, well done to the model (or to you for briefing them) for they’re not looking at the camera, and the torch beam serves as a visual guide.
I wish the right wall wasn’t as bright, but you can probably correct that in editing software, and see if you can recover the highlight projected by the torch (no big deal though).
Composition wise, I think it would be even stronger if you had framed the diver at the bottom right corner (tilting your camera towards the top left) but that’s only if the crack continued nicely in that direction.
