Bass Point absolutely, i’d also recommend you try Clifton Gardens if you’re into striate anglerfish (hairy frogfish) and for our endangered white’s seahorse, plus blue-lined octopus (if you’re lucky). Alas, no more bullrays there as you know…
Try and dive Shelly beach (Manly) too, this would be prime time for crested hornsharks preying on port-jackson shark eggs. Bare island is also great for spotting the red indianfish which you wouldn’t have at home.
If you can drive up north, I can’t recommend enough that you push to South West Rocks and dive Fish Rock.
