regarding the BBF it depends on “where do you come from”.
I started with wildlife photography, it means no flash, shooting burst and AF always on seeking for critters moving around trying to keep consistent the composition.
So you must decide when to start the burst leaving AF always on.
BBF it’s a must in this scenario.
Underwater you don’t need burst since strobe light is mandatory, but for me, I feel more in my “comfort zone” leaving AF on and deciding when to shot that single frame.
