Just another thought, working with a group of 25, if you pose questions to the whole group, you’ll often get one or two who want to answer all the questions, and the rest often stay quiet. Breaking down into pairs or trio groups to discuss questions and complete tasks creates space and opportunity for everyone to participate. Then you can ask different buddy/trio pairs to report back each time, so that everyone is activated, feels valued and heard.
